To present any of your personal data, the username and password are required. For that reason, you should keep your username and password stored and not share it with others. Also we advise you to create a safe password using symbols in combination with alphanumeric characters.

All transactions made through www.pharmacy7days.gr are governed by international and European law, which regulates issues relating to e-commerce as well as the Law on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994), which regulates issues regarding remote sales.

If, despite searching the site ,you have not managed to find the product you are looking for,then you can either order via email at info@pharmacy7days.gr, or contact one of our assistants to the phone number: +30 28220 41190.

In pharmacy7days.gr our policy is to deliver orders as quickly as possible. If you place your order before 11 a.m, your order will take 1-2 working days to be delivered (in Greece).

For Chania and cities within Crete:

• Delivery within 24 hours

Rest of Greece:

• Delivery within 5 working days

Abroad:

• Delivery within 15 working days

Our online shop accepts all major credit cards like Visa and Mastercard. Your transactions in our store are carried out with redirection to the bank website to ensure that sensitive information is protected by online security systems.

• Paypal

To pay this way you must create an account at www.paypal.com giving your debit or credit card. This way you just select paypal and you don't need to register your credit card. This payment method may have financial burden by the service provider which you acknowledge and  we take no responsibility.

• Direct Web Banking or Βank deposit

Yoy have the option to pay using direct web banking services or by depositing money into a bank account.Direct Web Banking transactions happen in real time so your order is being processed the same time.

• Payment by cash on delivery

Pay the employee of our company, when you receive your order at your place. This payment method is valid for Greece but not for other countries.

Your shopping cart is the exact same thing as the shopping cart in regular stores. You can add products to your cart by pressing the + button and you can remove products by pressing the Delete button. By adding a product to your cart doesn't mean that you have completed the order. There is a short process that follows until it becomes yours. You also have the option to check the products in your shopping cart ,the cost of each item and the total cost as well.

Through our online store we collect information voluntarily given by you when you register on the system and create your account (see "Registration Information"). This information is stored on a secure server and protected from external parties.

Our e-shop treats any information you provide regarding your personal data or your order as confidential and we pledge that we will not publish, exchange, sell or disclose your personal information without your consent.

• Before completing the order during the ordering process you can press «back» and remove any quantity of the products in your cart by clicking the "Remove" button.
• If you have completed the online order but the order is not shipped yet you can call +30 28220 41190 or send us an e-mail at info@pharmacy7days.gr or fill in the contact form located on our website and one of our associates will cancel your order.
• After receiving the order,you can call us on +30 28220 41190 or send an email to info@pharmacy7days.gr explaining why you want to cancel the order. One of our associates will assist you immediately and inform you of all your options.
• If your order has been invoiced and you wish to cancel it then please contact +30 28220 41190 and give the details of your order. However, the condition (status) of the order will not change on your account page.

First you find the products that you are interested in, through search mechanisms or by various thematic pages. Click the +Add button below the price of the product and it will be added to your shopping cart.

After completing all the steps required for the order, the products you ordered will be shipped to you.
